Rainroll Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") sets out how DalpMind ("DalpMind", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, stores and discloses information in connection with Rainroll (the "Game"), a mobile game for Android devices. By downloading, installing or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

The Game does not require registration and does not request your name, email address or any other information that directly identifies you. Game progress is stored exclusively on your device. The only third party that receives data through the Game is Google AdMob, the advertising service used to display ads.

1. Data Controller

DalpMind, located in Türkiye, is responsible for the processing of personal data described in this Policy. Enquiries may be sent to info@dalpmind.com. Personal data collected by Google through AdMob is processed by Google LLC and its affiliates in accordance with Google's own privacy policies.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

The Game stores the following data locally on your device in order to function: level progress, stars, coins, diamonds, lives, rewards and settings (including sound, music, vibration, language and swipe sensitivity). This data is not transmitted to DalpMind or to any third party. It is permanently deleted when the Game is uninstalled or its data is cleared through the device settings.

3. Network Time Verification

Certain features of the Game operate on timers, including daily rewards, the replenishment of lives and undo rights, and video gifts. To ensure that these features operate fairly, the Game retrieves the current date and time from a publicly accessible web server (google.com, cloudflare.com or microsoft.com) by means of a standard request. No game data or personal data is included in this request. As with any internet connection, the receiving server processes standard technical information such as your IP address.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Game is offered free of charge and is supported by advertising, including optional rewarded video ads, delivered through Google AdMob. For the purposes of serving and measuring ads and preventing fraud, Google may collect and process the following categories of data:

  • the advertising identifier of your device;
  • your IP address and the approximate location derived from it;
  • device and application information, such as device model, operating system, language and application version;
  • ad interaction data, such as impressions and clicks.

This data is processed by Google as described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and in the Google Privacy Policy. DalpMind does not receive this data in a form that identifies you personally.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

Where applicable data protection law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on:

  • Consent for the display of personalized advertising to users located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland;
  • Legitimate interests in providing the Game free of charge through advertising, ensuring the fair operation of time-based features, and preventing fraud and abuse.

6. Consent and Your Choices

  • Consent management: users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for their consent through Google's consent management tool before personalized ads are shown. You may change or withdraw your consent at any time via the privacy option in the Game's settings.
  • Ad personalization: on Android devices you may reset your advertising identifier or opt out of ad personalization under Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads, depending on your device).
  • Deletion of data: DalpMind does not hold personal data about you on its servers. Uninstalling the Game deletes all data stored on your device.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, such as the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or the data protection authority in your country of residence. As DalpMind does not store personal data relating to you, requests concerning data processed by Google should be directed to Google through the tools described in its privacy policy. You may nevertheless contact us at any time using the details below.

8. Data Retention and International Transfers

Data stored on your device is retained until the Game is uninstalled or its data is cleared. If you contact us by email, your message and email address are retained only for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry. Data collected by Google may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States, and is retained in accordance with Google's policies.

9. Information We Do Not Collect

  • We do not sell personal data.
  • The Game does not use analytics or crash-reporting services.
  • The Game does not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location.

10. Children's Privacy

The Game is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to have it removed.

11. Security

Game data remains on your device and is protected by the security measures of your device. Connections to advertising and time servers are made over encrypted HTTPS.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may amend this Policy if the way the Game processes data changes. Any amendment will be published on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised before the change takes effect.
